Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at Integris Financial Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions: Process and reconcile financial transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, cheques, income, payroll, sales invoices, and expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Goods and Services: Receive and distribute goods and services for trust only goods and services, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
  • Invoice Matching: Match invoices against purchase orders and reconcile to supplier statements, ensuring that all discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Credit Card Transactions: Process and reconcile credit card transactions, including invoices, and ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
  • Supplier and Order Queries: Assist staff in resolving any supplier or order queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Under the direction of the Finance Officer, provide training to colleagues on finance administrative tasks, ensuring that all staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monthly Management Accounts: Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring that all transactions, including journal entries, are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Journal Entries: Post journal entries, including internal charges, credit card expenditure, printing, and any other journals as required, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
  • Cash Handling: Bank any cash income as and when required, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
  • Code of Conduct: Act in accordance with our Code of Conduct at all times, working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve our goals and objectives.
