Job Summary:

As a key member of the Finance team at DX Network Services Limited, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in financial operations and contribute to the company's success. Working closely with the Finance Manager and other teams, you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, processing invoices, and ensuring timely supplier reconciliations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Processing: Accurately process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supplier Reconciliations: Conduct regular reconciliations with suppliers to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Expense Management: Process staff expenses and mileage claims in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Master Data Management: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date master data, including customer and supplier information.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Fleet Team to ensure timely processing of vehicle-related invoices and maintain effective relationships with the business.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure all financial processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in purchase ledger or billing roles is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and able to work with high-volume data processing.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a 'quality in everything we do' attitude.
