We are supporting Clearwater People Solutions to recruit a Senior Credit Controller. This role is based in the UK and is paying £33,000 - £38,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- 70% credit control duties including approving late fee applications, collecting overdue debts, resolving customer queries
- 30% process improvement and implementation, working to standardise all processes
- Supporting and coaching 5 direct reports, ensuring they are following best practices
- Performing root cause analysis to understand where there are any gaps in processes
- Reduce backlog of overdue payments
- Experience managing a small team
- Strong experience as a lead within a credit control setting
