Position Summary:

As a vital member of our team, the Client Success Consultant will play a key role in our customer-focused strategy, collaborating closely with clients to comprehend their distinct requirements and goals within the payments landscape. The ability to extract insights and pinpoint opportunities to elevate their experience will be crucial in fostering their success. A collaborative spirit is essential, as this role involves working alongside various internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure cohesive execution of value-oriented initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and facilitating value-driven discussions.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling, tailored to customer needs and usage trends.
  • Partner with internal departments to devise and implement strategies aimed at boosting client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee client onboarding processes and conduct regular business evaluations to monitor client progress, highlight areas for enhancement, and provide customized recommendations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on our product suite, effectively articulating their benefits to clients.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively meet client demands.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the financial services, gaming, or regulatory sectors.
  • Proven success in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of utilizing data to inform decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and a keen interest in the regulatory intelligence domain.
  • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
