Job Overview:

Position Summary:

As a key player in our organization, you will be instrumental in cultivating robust connections with our clientele. Your main focus will be to actively interact with clients, offering training, advisory services, and support to guarantee the effective use of our offerings. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will be vital in enhancing the value of Datasite and promoting feature utilization.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Proactively reach out to clients to identify their requirements, resolve issues, and ensure their complete satisfaction.
  • Feature Promotion: During client interactions, advocate for the adoption of new features and functionalities, improving the overall client experience.
  • Training and Advisory: Analyze client history and product usage to prepare for delivering hands-on training sessions and advisory services, ensuring clients are knowledgeable about best practices for utilizing our offerings effectively.
  • Issue Management: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to swiftly address and resolve any challenges, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Product Expertise: Keep updated on product enhancements, updates, and new features, becoming a subject matter expert to effectively support and educate clients.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve or surpass key performance indicators related to business objectives.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and expand knowledge of relevant market segments to inform client engagement strategies.
  • Feedback Gathering: Collect client feedback and insights to relay internally, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our products and services.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Develop and maintain documentation related to best practices, training resources, and FAQs for client reference.
