What is the role of a Client Success Consultant at Similarweb?

As a Client Success Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to ensure our clients continuously benefit from Similarweb's offerings. You will collaborate closely with Strategic Sales and Account Managers to craft and implement strategies tailored to meet unique customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for all users within your designated accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their journey with the Similarweb platform, from initial interest to active engagement.
  • Proactively identify potential risks of account churn and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of all Similarweb products to support both pre-sale and post-sale activities.
  • Create and execute customer success plans aimed at increasing product adoption, advocacy, and account growth.
  • Design and present insightful materials, including presentations, emails, workshops, and webinars, to demonstrate ROI and encourage the use of our solutions in achieving client goals.

This position is ideal for individuals who possess:

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in agencies, digital marketing, or customer success.
  • Fluency in French as a native language.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and current trends in the online landscape.
  • Experience in creating high-quality client-facing materials that drive significant business outcomes.
  • A commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for fostering customer success.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on building relationships.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English.
