Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit high-volume IT roles in Infrastructure, Data, and Development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Utilize cold calling, networking, and marketing techniques to win new client business
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on Infrastructure, Data, and Development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of the IT recruitment industry and market trends
