About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at With Intelligence. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and consulting services to our clients who utilize our FolioMetrics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product management and development, to communicate client feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a seamless experience and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionality of the FolioMetrics platform to provide expert guidance and support.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and customer-focused manner.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
