About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Higher Success. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates of all levels through various methods
  • Reviewing applications and creating a shortlist of candidates
  • Managing client relationships and building strong business partnerships
  • Winning new client business through cold calling, networking, and marketing techniques
  • Organizing interviews and providing feedback to both parties
  • Working towards and exceeding targets related to numerous parts of the job

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of 360 recruitment experience
  • Ideal experience in managing full processes, offer negotiations, and new business development to onboard new clients
  • Confident communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Passion for recruitment and a desire to progress your career
