About the Role
The Accounts Payable Assistant will work at Doncaster racecourse, collaborating with the finance team to perform accounting and clerical tasks related to accounts payable. This includes receiving, processing, and verifying invoices, tracking and recording purchase orders, and processing suggested payment requests.
About You
We're looking for a motivated individual with 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, possessing a working knowledge of accounts payable. You should be able to take initiative, work independently, and be a team player with strong numerical skills and accuracy. Previous experience with ERP systems (Exchequer) is an advantage, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
