Job Title: Accounts Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Supervisor to lead a team of Accounts Payable Clerks in a central finance function with multiple ledgers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating a team, including workload management, target setting, one-to-one meetings, and appraisals. They will also be responsible for regular payments runs, including domestic and international payments, daily bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and GRNI review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of Accounts Payable Clerks
- Oversee workload management, target setting, and one-to-one meetings
- Conduct appraisals and provide personal development opportunities
- Ensure regular payments runs, including domestic and international payments
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations
- Review and manage GRNI
- Manage the month-end close of the ledgers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Supervisory experience in an accounts payable environment
- Experience working in a large organization with multiple ledgers

- Office-based hours, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
