Job Title: Executive Assistant to Global Consumer Marketing and Global Market Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to our Global Consumer Marketing and Global Market Leader. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for managing a complex schedule, coordinating international travel, and providing administrative support to our senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Manage the Global Consumer Marketing and Global Market Leader's diary, ensuring that time is effectively used for maximum efficiency through prioritizing meetings and appointments.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate international travel, including arranging flights, hotels, and transportation, as well as managing visa requirements and travel documentation.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Global Consumer Marketing and Global Market Leader, including managing email, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex problems, using discretion and judgment to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures, ensuring that administrative support is provided in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing high-level administrative support.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
