Office Coordinator

Brook Street is seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to join their team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing email inboxes, producing documents, and making travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and manage correspondence effectively.
- Manage specific email inboxes and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Produce and print documents, presentations, and make arrangements for their distribution.
- Make administrative arrangements for travel, accommodation, and meeting room bookings.
- Provide business support such as minute taking, preparing meeting packs, and briefing documents for team meetings and events.
Requirements:
- Good standard of general education, including grade C or above in GCSE English and Math's or equivalent experience.
- Experience of successfully administering the day-to-day operation of a small team.
- Good level of organizational skills and ability to prioritize a busy workload.
- Experience of working in a customer-led environment.
- Excellent MS Office skills and experience of working in an office with MS Office products.
