Position Title: Administrative Coordinator

Location: Loughborough

Compensation: Up to £25,000

Work Schedule: 37 hours per week

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8 AM – 5 PM; Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

This position plays a crucial role in facilitating the efficient functioning of our office and providing essential support for various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities of an Administrative Coordinator:

  • Provide extensive administrative assistance to the office and management personnel.
  • Manage and ensure the availability of office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle all forms of communication, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
  • Maintain precise and current records and documentation.
  • Utilize SAGE 200 for financial data entry and reporting when necessary.
  • Execute additional administrative tasks as directed by management.

Essential Skills and Qualifications of an Administrative Coordinator:

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, such as Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with SAGE 200 software is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality is required.
