The Recruitment Group is in search of a meticulous Office Coordinator to enhance their operational team in Loughborough. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations and providing essential support for a variety of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities of an Office Coordinator:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the office and management personnel.
- Oversee the management of office supplies and equipment.
- Facilitate all communication channels including emails, phone correspondence, and postal services.
- Maintain precise records and documentation.
- Utilize SAGE 200 for financial data entry and reporting tasks.
- Support with additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications for an Office Coordinator:
- Previous experience in a comparable administrative position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
