About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Healthy Together team in delivering high-quality services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize your own workload to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Book appointments for patients within specific timeframes and maintain accurate Electronic Patient Records.
- Follow and input into Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Provide excellent call handling and customer service to patients and colleagues.
- Scan documents onto patient records and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to perform administrative tasks.
- Work collaboratively as part of a friendly and diverse administrative team.
- Be adaptable and flexible to change, with a strong attention to detail.
