About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Student Administration Manager to join our student support team, responsible for coordinating the smooth and efficient running of our School Student Support Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the School Student Support Office
  • Providing administrative support to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes
  • Developing and implementing effective administrative systems and processes
  • Building strong relationships with students, staff, and external partners
Requirements

We are looking for an impressive individual with strong administration skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering excellent student support.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality administrative support, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

They will be able to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to delivering excellent outcomes.
