Alexanders Estate Agents is a prominent, independent, innovative real estate agency with multiple offices across the East Midlands.
We are seeking an Office Coordinator / Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to become a vital part of our dynamic and skilled team, dedicated to achieving the top position in the East Midlands real estate market. Previous experience in a similar role is crucial.
The ideal candidate should present themselves well, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a genuine passion for the property sector, along with proficiency in modern IT applications and tools.
Our experienced team works collaboratively to exceed client expectations and support one another in delivering outstanding service.
Key Qualifications:
1. Professional, attentive, and enthusiastic demeanor
2. Excellent telephone communication skills
3. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
4. Background in estate agency or the property sector
5. Ability to work effectively within a successful team
6. Familiarity with CRM software such as Vebra, Reapit, or Dezrez
7. Valid UK driving license
Employment Type:
Full-time, 9am - 5:30pm with weekend availability (9am - 1pm) every other Saturday
