Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Office Coordinator within the Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust, joining a welcoming and diverse Healthy Together team dedicated to supporting the 0-11 Service across the region.

This role involves close collaboration with Public Health Nurses, Healthy Child Programme practitioners, and Clinical Team Leaders, alongside a broader administrative team, ensuring a dynamic and fulfilling work environment.

We are looking for a full-time permanent team member to work between 30 and 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of this role include:

  • Effectively managing and prioritizing your own tasks
  • Scheduling appointments for clients within designated timeframes
  • Maintaining Electronic Patient Records
  • Adhering to and contributing to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Scanning documents into patient records
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Collaborating with a supportive administrative team
  • Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in response to change
  • Exhibiting strong attention to detail
