Director of Strategic Engagement - Europe

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to spearhead our strategic engagement efforts in Europe. As the Director of Strategic Engagement - Europe, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and establishing Shield AI as a leading provider of advanced defense solutions within the European market.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, military officials, and industry partners across Europe.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic engagement plan to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the European defense sector.
  • Represent Shield AI at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our capabilities and build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
  • Lead proposal development and response efforts, ensuring alignment with client requirements and Shield AI's strategic objectives.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies within the European defense landscape to identify new market opportunities and inform our business strategy.
Your Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience (15+ years) in the defense industry, with a proven track record of success in strategic engagement, business development, or government relations within Europe.
  • Deep understanding of the European military operations and acquisition processes, coupled with strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for driving results and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is highly desirable.
