- Work as part of a team to achieve Contact Centre KPIs and contribute to the success of our business.
- Provide face-to-face support to trade desk customers when required.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Telephony experience and excellent telephone and customer care skills.
- Administration skills and ability to work under own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite and use of databases.
