The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service and support to our student residents and service users.

The successful candidate will work within the Community Support Team, based at Pollock Halls, providing professional and highly visible frontline services.

The team's key responsibilities include student welfare, safety, security, and logistical services, ensuring a safe and well-maintained residential estate.

Your skills and attributes for success:

Experience in a help desk or similar environment, offering response services to customers and members of the public.

The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.

The ability to show initiative and to act on that initiative where necessary.

Ability to convey, accurately and succinctly, verbal and written communications.

Must have a valid driver's licence.
