  • Handle challenging conversations, including potential complaints, in a professional and empathetic manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or client support.
  • Passion for financial services and a willingness to learn and develop skills in this area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
