Job Title: Senior People Partner

We're seeking a Senior People Partner to join our hybrid team of 150 people, growing rapidly and celebrating diversity. As a trusted partner, you'll work closely with management and employees, providing hands-on and strategic input on all people-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive improvements to the end-to-end employee lifecycle and employee experience, covering talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compliance, compensation, and benefits.
  • Develop a deep understanding of key drivers of engagement and take targeted action to enhance the employee experience.
  • Work across all levels, strategic, operational, and tactical, influencing effectively across the company.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience as a Senior Business Partner in the offshore industry, with demonstrable impact in creating workplaces where people love to work.
  • Experience introducing new People tools and processes into the business, creating a high-performance culture without unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Clear, concise, and effective communication, persuasive, and able to debate and challenge within the team and with peers.
  • Strong ability to use quantitative data and metrics to drive decision-making that impacts business success.
