About the Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering the people agenda across the UK Consulting division, partnering with managers in the business, and providing advice and counsel in people management practices to support delivering and executing the business plan.

You will provide guidance and coaching for effective people management, develop and implement solutions to support leaders across the entire employee life-cycle, and be responsible for the line management of a team of three HR BPs and HR Advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the people agenda across the UK Consulting division
  • Partner with managers in the business to provide advice and counsel in people management practices
  • Provide guidance and coaching for effective people management
  • Develop and implement solutions to support leaders across the entire employee life-cycle
  • Line manage a team of three HR BPs and HR Advisors

Requirements
  • Degree qualified in HR-related or business management qualification
  • Previous experience in generalist HR business partner capacity within a dynamic organisation
  • Previous experience of managing change, including working cooperatively in business partnership
  • Working knowledge of people practices and applicable legislative frameworks
  • Experience of dealing with industrial and employee relations issues across a varied service offering
  • Proven ability to connect, establish, and maintain effective, cross-cultural working relationships with all levels of the organisation and externally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a service orientation
