Join Our Team as a Reward Business Partner

Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Reward Business Partner to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our reward strategies and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Collaborate with the Lead HR Business Partner to examine market trends and analyze data to inform reward decisions.
  • Market Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date market data and participate in pay and benefit surveys to ensure our reward strategies remain competitive.
  • Data Quality Checks: Perform regular data quality and audit checks to ensure the integrity of our reward data.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct data analysis and reporting as required to support reward decision-making.
  • Database Management: Maintain file structures and data integrity on the Livelink database to support reward operations.
  • Pension Liaison: Collaborate with the Pensions Department on pension issues as needed to ensure seamless reward operations.
  • HR Operations Collaboration: Work closely with the HR Operations and Payroll Team to ensure compliance and improve internal reward processes.
  • Policy Updates: Support updates on reward policies, procedures, and processes to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Collaborative Implementation: Work collaboratively with UK HR Teams to implement the company's benefit and share schemes across the UK.
  • Employee Support: Provide support to employees on reward-related matters.
  • Scheme Management: Assist in the coordination and management of monthly/annual share schemes.
  • Tax Event Coordination: Prepare data for annual share taxable events in collaboration with the Tax Lead and Payroll Team.
  • Advanced Excel skills: Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and present data to support reward decision-making.
  • Problem-solving skills: Define problems, analyze data, and identify solutions to support reward operations.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors and Shares schemes: Possess knowledge of SuccessFactors and Shares schemes to support reward operations.
  • Experience in compensation and benefits: Possess experience in compensation and benefits in an upstream operating environment.
