About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a passionate HR service to our business, working closely with senior business leaders to understand and meet ongoing and future business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embracing a business partnering approach to build strong working relationships and credibility with senior business leaders.
  • Delivering a commercially minded and customer-focused HR service that supports the successful achievement of business objectives.
  • Providing professional and proactive HR advice and guidance to business leaders and managers, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Leading key change projects and advising client group management on people-related risks.
  • Managing complex employee relations issues and long-term absenteeism.
  • Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, reward, performance management, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Supporting client groups in the execution of annual organization-wide activities, such as performance development reviews and employee opinion surveys.
  • Focusing on behaviors for diversity and inclusion, ensuring equality opportunities and fairness in all areas of employment.
  • Knowledge and application of HR metrics and effective coaching skills.
  • Commercial awareness to support the business in making key decisions and understanding the implications of this.
