Job Title: Senior People Partner

The Senior People Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to our management team and employees, providing expert guidance on all people-related matters. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate ambiguity, build strong relationships, and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement people strategies that align with Rovco's business objectives
  • Provide expert advice on talent management, employee relations, coaching, development, compliance, compensation, and benefits
