Key Responsibilities- Support the HR Director in navigating the complexities of our Transmission business and driving growth through strategic people planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing HR expertise and guidance on organizational design, talent management, and inclusion and diversity initiatives.
- Lead a small team of HR Managers, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to deliver against business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall HR strategy, including talent management, organizational design, and inclusion and diversity programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and ensure timely delivery against business plans.
- Proven experience as a commercial business partner with broad generalist HR expertise, including organizational design and talent management.
- Strong people management experience, with a track record of guiding and inspiring teams to deliver results.
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present at board level.
- Skilled in using technology to manipulate data and create impactful presentations.
