Position Title:
Youth Care Residential Specialist

Work Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week

Are you a nurturing and committed individual eager to create a meaningful impact in the lives of young individuals? Kingston Noble is in search of a Youth Care Residential Specialist to become a vital part of our team at a residential facility dedicated to supporting children.

Our establishment caters to youth aged 9-17 who face challenges related to social, emotional, mental health, and behavioral issues.
Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional care and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social requirements are fulfilled.
You will implement and follow individual care strategies and risk evaluations.
Assist children in enhancing their independence and life skills.
Supervise shifts and mentor junior staff members.
Maintain precise documentation and reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
Engage in team discussions, training sessions, and ongoing professional growth.

Shift Details:
~ A combination of early shifts (08:00-16:00), late shifts (15:00-23:00), and extended shifts (08:00-23:00).
~ Rotating schedule with every other weekend off.

Required qualifications include experience working with youth facing social, emotional, mental health, and behavioral challenges.
NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or an equivalent qualification
A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young individuals.
