We are currently seeking Residential Support Workers for a newly established, exceptional Children's Residential Home. This facility provides care for children facing emotional and social behavioral challenges, aged between 9 and 17. We are looking for full-time staff to support our growing team during both day and night shifts.


Position: Residential Support Worker

Salary: £22,160 - £28,240
Location: East Suffolk
Hours: Full-time - 40 hours per week
Shift Patterns: Day shifts include a mix of early, late, and long day shifts with sleep-ins; Night shifts consist of 4 shifts per week from 10 PM to 8 AM.

**Please note that due to the nature of this role, applicants must possess a full driver's license and have access to a vehicle.**

Requirements:
