Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the management team of the University of Liverpool as a Finance and Compliance Officer.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality financial and administrative support to the University's newly funded UK National Hub for Advanced Long-acting Therapeutics (HALo).

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financial and administrative aspects of the Hub, working closely with the Leadership Team, academic leads, and industrial partners.
  • Provide effective financial and administrative support to enable the Hub to deliver against its overall vision.
  • Collaborate with the HALo Director to develop and implement operational strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree (or equivalent relevant financial qualification, senior administrative experience, or relevant professional qualification by experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
