About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Enable Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Paraplanning & Advice team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Prepare client packs, process new business, and arrange meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for client queries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • New Client Onboarding: Welcome new clients to our company and ensure a smooth onboarding process, including new account opening procedures.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Stay up-to-date with FCA requirements and Compliance Policies, ensuring our team's adherence to industry standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proficient experience in administration within a wealth management environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and back-office systems such as Intelligent Office.
  • Industry Knowledge: 2+ years of industry experience within the wealth management sector or financial services.
  • Qualifications: Working towards industry-relevant qualifications such as DipPFS.
