We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist to join our team at GKN Aerospace. As an HR Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and leading the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in various modules, including Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, and Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in supporting or leading an implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in at least one module
  • Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module, ideally Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, or Compensation
  • Ability to work with internal customers to provide support, guidance, and influence; able to lead change impacts and build networks within the business
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to analyze cause and effect relationships
  • Proactively propose solutions
  • Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
