Transformative Role in HR Systems & Data

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems & Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Platform Housing Group. As a key member of our HR Information Systems (HRIS) team, you will play a crucial role in driving our success by preparing and delivering data for KPIs and management information, providing technical advice and support on HR and Payroll systems and processes, and contributing to various projects and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyse data for producing management information and reports
  • Manage small system-related projects and provide technical advice and support on HR and Payroll systems and processes
  • Develop dashboards and management information using business intelligence and data visualisation tools
  • Work autonomously and use initiative to deliver results
  • Collaborate with the HR team, other directorates, managers, and external partners to drive business outcomes
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience within a Systems & Data Analyst role
  • Experience of undertaking software testing and reviewing the impact of software changes
  • Experience of preparing and analysing data for producing management information and reports
  • Experience of managing small system-related projects
  • Experience of using business intelligence and data visualisation tools for developing dashboards and management information
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Experience of working with HR systems and data and administering iTrent (integrated HR & Payroll system) would be highly beneficial
