About the Position:


As a Critical Operations Supervisor at CBRE, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for addressing and fulfilling daily service requests to ensure client satisfaction.

This role is integral to the Critical and Technical Services division, focusing on technical maintenance in vital client settings.

Key Responsibilities:


Oversee, plan, coordinate, and manage the daily tasks and schedules of the support team to guarantee efficient service delivery.

Provide coverage for holidays, training, and absences of team members.

Monitor work logs and pending tasks via the internal system to ensure timely completion.

Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols set by the company and clients. Identify new vendor opportunities and nurture existing vendor relationships.

Contribute to the creation of training programs for critical services.

Act as the primary contact for client and management escalations.

Share your expertise and industry knowledge with the team to assist in resolving operational challenges.

Assess Planned Preventative Maintenance evaluations of equipment and suggest enhancements and upgrades.

Document all deviations from standard procedures with incident reports.

Tackle complex issues and identify suitable strategies to achieve team goals.

May introduce innovative techniques to ensure the team meets its objectives.

Your leadership will directly influence both team and related teams' goals.

Ensure that both personal and team outcomes positively impact client objectives.

Lead by example, embodying behaviors aligned with CBRE's core values. Guide the team in applying fundamental knowledge of practices and procedures. Strive to build consensus.

Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a diploma. Previous supervisory or shift management experience is preferred.


City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 or equivalent in BS7671:2008 Requirement for Electrical Installation (IEE Wiring Regulations 18th edition).


Must meet the physical demands of the role, including the ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift/carry loads of 50 lbs. or more.


Comprehensive understanding of various processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within your job function, along with basic knowledge of related functions.

Ability to articulate complex concepts or sensitive information clearly.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Exceptional organizational skills paired with a strong inquisitive mindset.
