About the Position:
As a Supervisor of Critical Services at CBRE, you will lead a team dedicated to addressing and fulfilling daily work orders to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee, plan, coordinate, and manage the workload, timelines, and daily operations of the support team to guarantee effective service delivery.
Monitor work logs and pending tasks through the internal system to ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with all company, client safety, and security protocols by contractors and staff. Cultivate relationships with existing vendors and explore new partnerships.
Contribute to the creation of training programs for critical services.
Act as the primary contact for client and management escalations.
Share your expertise and industry knowledge with the team to assist in resolving operational challenges.
Assess Planned Preventative Maintenance evaluations of equipment and suggest enhancements and upgrades.
Document all deviations from standard procedures with incident reports.
Tackle complex issues and identify suitable solutions to achieve team goals.
May introduce innovative techniques to help the team meet its objectives.
Your leadership will directly influence both team and related teams' objectives.
Ensure that both personal and team outcomes positively affect client goals.
Lead by example, embodying behaviors that align with CBRE's core values. Guide the team in applying fundamental knowledge of practices and procedures. Strive to build consensus.
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a diploma. Previous supervisory or shift management experience is preferred.
City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 or equivalent in BS7671:2008 Requirement for Electrical Installation (IEE Wiring Regulations 18th edition).
Must meet the physical demands of this position, including bending, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Comprehensive understanding of various processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within your job function, along with basic knowledge of related functions is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Exceptional organizational skills paired with a highly inquisitive mindset.
