Senior Staff Nurse

As a Senior Staff Nurse in our Paediatric Unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a team of staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver education and training programs, promoting best practice and continuous professional development.
Requirements:
- Registered Children's Nurse on the relevant part of the NMC register.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development through maintenance of an NMC revalidation or equivalent.
- Paediatric Intermediate Life Support.
- Advanced Paediatric Life Support (desirable).
- Post graduate modules undertaken in specialist area or evidence of continuing professional development.
Working Arrangements:
