Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Search. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a care home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients in a care home setting
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin number
  • Previous experience working as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a care home environment
  • Committed and organized approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible to work shifts
