Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Search. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a care home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in a care home setting
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
- Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin number
- Previous experience working as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a care home environment
- Committed and organized approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible to work shifts
