ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are currently looking for a Band 3 Office Support Specialist to assist in various administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing computer systems and ensuring efficient office operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inputting and retrieving data accurately.
- Organizing and responding to correspondence, including emails.
- Implementing office policies and procedures.
- Performing general administrative tasks as required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate should possess:
- A minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C, including English Language (or equivalent qualification).
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- NVQ Level 2 in Administration (or equivalent qualification) along with 1 year of relevant experience.
- 2 years of administrative or clerical experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of office administration systems.
- Knowledge of the Data Protection Act.
