About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Conduct Officer to join our team at Lennoxvale Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of regulatory compliance and professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigation and Resolution
    • Investigate and respond to complaints in accordance with relevant legislation and policies.
    • Provide initial assessments of complaints and consider suitable resolutions.
    • Communicate effectively with members of the public, solicitors, and third parties.
  • Administrative Support
    • Ensure that complaint correspondence is retained on the organization's CRM casework system.
    • Provide administrative support to the Head of Professional Conduct.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide statistical reports to the Head of Professional Conduct.
    • Analyze complex data and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the Professional Conduct Manager and Head of Professional Conduct.
    • Participate in regular casework meetings and contribute to the business of the organization.
Requirements
  • Essential Experience
    • Possess a degree in law and at least two years of relevant experience, including experience of formal investigation.
    • OR at least five years of relevant experience, including experience of formal investigation.
  • Key Skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong IT and typing skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent analytical skills.
