About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Klaviyo. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research high-potential companies that can benefit from Klaviyo's solution
  • Develop and execute effective prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities
  • Partner closely with experienced sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Contribute to the development of sales best practices and processes to drive sales growth
  • Reflect Klaviyo's values of accountability and effort in all interactions
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in a marketing technology company
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Full authorization to work in the UK without any restrictions
