Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Edward Sexton, a renowned bespoke Savile Row men's tailor in London. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing a team of salespeople to sell bespoke menswear services to new and existing high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in-store and through online channels.
- Develop meaningful relationships with clients through passionate product knowledge and sincere salesperson advice.
- Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Product Knowledge
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all bespoke menswear products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with current company marketing campaigns and international events.
- Team Management
- Lead and motivate a team of salespeople to achieve sales targets.
- Provide coaching and training to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Inventory Management
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock levels.
- Monitor and control inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Store Operations
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store.
- Follow all store operating procedures, including delivery, shop standards, replenishment, and diary management.
Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or higher sales role in a luxury fashion environment.
- Skills
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion and bespoke tailoring.
- Education
- Degree in a relevant field, such as business or fashion.
