Role Highlights
- Position: Regional Sales Executive
- Coverage Area: Yorkshire (including Leeds, Lincoln, and nearby regions)
- Compensation: £40,000 - £42,000 base salary with an OTE of £60,000

The role of Regional Sales Executive has become available due to the retirement of a long-standing team member with over a decade of service. You will inherit a well-established client base, presenting a remarkable opportunity to sustain and enhance the growth and success of the territory. Your focus will be on selling to the independent dealer network, offering a range of passenger tyres from budget to premium options. It is important to note that this is not a traditional tyre sales role; a consultative approach is essential. You will provide valuable insights to your dealers on how to market and boost their sales, ultimately benefiting your own sales performance.

Your Responsibilities
- Your typical workweek will consist of four days in the field, with an average of three appointments per day. Each appointment will last between one to two hours, providing ample time for the consultative service required.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing value-added business plans for your independent retailers.
- Consulting with clients to deliver exceptional service while driving sales and growth within your territory.
- Maintaining up-to-date reports on your sales pipeline and communicating this information to management.
Qualifications Required
- B2B field sales experience is essential; however, experience in the tyre industry is not a prerequisite. A strong self-motivation and determination to succeed are crucial.
- A solid understanding of business operations is necessary, as you will be advising retailers on strategies for improvement.
- Knowledge of marketing principles will be advantageous in supporting your retailers.
