Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Account Manager to join our team. As a Telesales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring consistent order flow and customer satisfaction.
- New Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities to grow our client base within the designated territory.
- Product Promotion: Promote the full range of our brewery's products to potential and existing clients.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in pubs, restaurants, and retailers.
- Customer Service: Provide expert advice and product recommendations tailored to client needs. Handle customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a seamless sales process.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Regularly report on sales performance and market feedback to the sales manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and distribution teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and marketing materials.
- Professional Development: Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and brewery events as required.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in telesales, account management, or a similar sales role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer Focus: A proactive, customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.
