Telesales Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Telesales Account Manager to join our team at a leading national brewery in North Yorkshire. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring consistent order flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to grow our client base within the designated territory.
  • Promote the full range of our brewery's products to potential and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in pubs, restaurants, and retailers.
  • Provide expert advice and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Handle customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and market feedback to the sales manager.
  • Work closely with the marketing and distribution teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and marketing materials.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and brewery events as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, account management, or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.
