Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Account Manager to join our team at a leading national brewery. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring consistent order flow and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to grow our client base within the designated territory.
- Promote the full range of our brewery's products to potential and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in pubs, restaurants, and retailers.
- Provide expert advice and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Handle customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a seamless sales process.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Regularly report on sales performance and market feedback to the sales manager.
- Work closely with the marketing and distribution teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and marketing materials.
- Proven experience in telesales, account management, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.
