Marketing Campaign Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Strategist to join our team at Matillion. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective demand generation marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and target key audience segments and buyer personas to develop tailored marketing approaches.
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, paid search, and content marketing.
- Manage the creation of campaign assets, such as landing pages, emails, ad copy, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including creative teams, agencies, and web development teams, to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging and creative to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Demonstrable experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the software industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns with strong results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social media.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, data analytics tools, and ABM tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a user-centric approach.
