About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Strategist to join our team at Matillion Limited. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective demand generation marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Campaign Strategies: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Target Audience Identification: Identify and segment target audience personas to create campaigns that resonate with our ideal customer.
  • Demand Generation: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract qualified prospects and generate high-quality leads.
  • Lead Nurturing: Design and manage lead nurture workflows to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Campaign Asset Creation: Manage the creation of campaign assets, including landing pages, emails, ad copy, and other promotional content.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the software industry.
  • Marketing Automation: Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, data analytics tools, and ABM tools.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
